As a beginner to international trade, we are willing to study all aspects of foreign trade problems. Study on packing rate is what we want to research now.

    Our products honeycomb cores are the light weight with big size. So the rate of packing is the important and difficult thing to us.

   What is the most satisfied rate to a customer?

     In my view, in the case of there is no inflexible rules from customers, it's the best fill a container and it need to taking the geographical handling issues into account. My ideas are as follows: First, there is need a forklift to full one pallet, and then loaded some pieces at the top of the pallet by hands, if there is other extra space, patched pieces on the sides, it’s ok there is only a few centimeters by back gate. But in accordance with this principle, sometimes it is not correctly.

     For example, just a few days ago, we need a 40-foot container, and there are both 6 mm and 8 mm sizes of container, I have made a plan according to the high packing rates, but the cargo could be not all boxing because of the different dimensions and the large number. Although there is only a few of pieces not be boxed, all the goods will not be shipped. Later we have to make pallet again and add some pieces into the space between pallet and the floor, which help us solve the problem.

     It's lucky for us that the cargo has been shipped within the specified period, but we have been worried about the unloading issues upon the goods are arrived the destination.

1, Honeycomb Panels Material Requirements

Materials used must meet the design requirements, and have the corresponding certificate and inspection reports, materials must be accepted by the supervising engineer into the plant before use.

2, Process

 Measuring cable → Install boom → Install L30 * 2 boom galvanized base angle keel → Install honeycomb panels dedicated accessaries → Install honeycomb panels→ Finishes cleaning → inspection and acceptance.

3, Construction Points

(1) Measurement Pull: According to drawings, use measuring instruments measure finecorrect data in the steel roof of the main keel cable construction. First, pull to find out the center of the construction segment (measuring instruments retest), in order to determine the center point construction section keel sub-file line of position, according to the sub-file line of position determining boom installation location.

Between honeycomb panels plate using a dedicated connector connection plate to prevent from the profiles along the slide plate, left and right mounting nonslipping connector block fixed firmly, the connecting member of the number and location of the corresponding hook in the longitudinal direction. Between honeycomb panels and aluminum tabs use the 25 * 25 * 100 special aluminum alloy to shut.
